Microsoft stealing from customers

Microsoft have long been acting like a crime family and their latest fraudulent act is to remove features people have already paid for in their old products and try to force users to upgrade to their new one to get those features back....no seriously I do realise I sound like a loony saying that but its the truth!

Check out this problem which Microsoft fixed with Windows 7 in 2013:

Pretty seriously annoying problem. Lets look at this problem though, this problem didn't affect Microsoft products, it only affected third party products accessing sockets using the Win32 API. Microsoft have HTTP.sys a kernel level component managing their needs which doesn't face this issue, so, what we have is Microsoft making a bug which makes third party products look bad to customers, who are going to be dubious when the software vendor sights its a Microsoft issue when all their Microsoft tools are unaffected by this bug.

Well at least Microsoft fixed it back in 2013, notably 5 or more years after the release of the OS. Probably not hurting their sales staff suggesting Microsoft's own tools where always superior to third party tools (*snickered the sales agents*)

Right, so now it's 2018, people got that patch in 2013 and all their third party softwares are making their businesses a success. On no! Microsoft put out update patches which cause bricking of the OS and update failures, oh well, never mind, we can just reinstall. UUUUUUURG. X. No, you can't because if you re-install you get all those patches breaking your computer again. Oh well, never mind, I can do a clean install and then a Service Pack and run the KB articles to get up to date. URRRGGG! X.  Microsoft have removed access to the service pack and removed the KB articles agressively instead telling you in a bright cheery message "don't worry you can buy our new OS". So, making you pay AGAIN for something you already bought most effectively.

Here's the evidences to backup my claims, screenshots taken in advance of Microsoft removing or altering said evidences:

Looks good right... wait! Try clicking (remember this is something you paid for already and Microsoft produced a fix under the cost of your product, therefore a vital part of it's working, like the breaks on your car)

So, this is like buying a car today and in the first week of owning it theirs a manufacturing fault on the breaks meaning they don't break randomly causing stopping times to vary. You take it to the shop who acknowledge thats crap and give you a part to your car that didn't ship with it that fixes the breaks. Then years later, they come and remove the part from your car (reinstall the OS) so you ask for it again. They tell you, no but you can buy another one of their cars, with the breaks missing which they will supply 1 week after you buy it and in 10 years time remove.

I am going to try to raise awareness of this crime as much as possible, please help me to do so. Thanks.
